PrimeLocation is an increasingly popular marketplace that specialises in middle to upper-tier properties in terms of price range and prestige.

While the platform attracts monthly visitors in the millions, it’s less saturated than Rightmove Plus and Zoopla. As it’s a little more niche, you’ll typically find some investment opportunities that aren’t listed on the two main marketplaces.

The platform functionality is relatively slick and it serves up valuable investment data including property prices in particular regions. However, if you’re looking for a well-priced renovation project or an affordable buy-to-let investment, this may not be the right portal for you.

OnTheMarket
