The types of off market property we offer

A House of Multiple Occupancy (HMO) is a rented property typically occupied by at least three people who are not from one household or five or more people, forming two or more households. These types of lets are particularly attractive to students and young professionals.

This type of buy-to-let is a freehold block that offers multiple separate or independent residential units. Blocks of flats or houses converted into flats usually fall into this category.

These are very similar to HMOs and often referred to as non-licensable HMOs. They have many characteristics of a typical HMO but don’t require a licence. But, these types of property may still need planning permission from your local authority.

As the name suggests, this is a commercial premises where you let the property out to one or more businesses. You’ll usually need to secure a commercial landlord mortgage, business buy-to-let mortgage or commercial investment mortgage to invest in this type of property.
