Hereford is a cathedral city with a relatively small population. The city itself is the commercial and business hub of the wider county of Herefordshire, it’s connected by the M50, A49, A465, and A438 as well as having rail links to Birmingham New Street, Manchester Picadilly, Swansea, Cardiff, and London Paddington. 

It’s known mostly for its agriculture, food production, and other manufacturing services but it also has a busy tourism industry with it being a historical city of interest. 

Although it doesn’t have a University currently, there are plans to set one up so student accommodation could be of interest in future years.
