Prior to this role I have two years’ experience working as a Sales Negotiator in an Estate Agency, this directly involved getting my ands dirty with valuing property, managing enquiries, conducting viewings, negotiating offers and supporting sales, giving me a really well rounded experience of the property market in general. This previous experience I think puts me in a really good positive to add some real value to The Property Sourcing Company, and my clients, helping advise on your future investment opportunities.

I work within the Sourcing team with the role of Investment Sales Consultant, my main focus is on identifying strong investment opportunities that are suitable for my clients, ensuring they match their specific goals and criteria. It’s my job to understand what each of our investors wants, their goals and criteria – and to be the first to call them when we acquire a property that matches.

I’m genuinely really enthusiastic about what I do, I take satisfaction in helping people achieve their goals and find great deals – it also helps that I just love dealing with property. My approach is straightforward and honest, so I’ll always try find a deal that’s right for you, my aim is to continue building long term relationships. I want to find you a deal that you love, so that you come back to us time and time again.

Outside of work, as I touched on before, a lot of time is spent watching boxing and football – but I’m always up for a cheeky pint at a pub. Aside from that I always try make time to see my family and friends whenever I can.
